Bacela Consulting is 100% black owned entity with a focus on business development support
(BDS). It’s mainly based in Johannesburg and operates throughout the country. The entity was
established in November 2014 by Siya Bacela. The business focuses on all economic sectors
such as agriculture, renewable energy, engineering, financial, property development to name
a few. The client experience includes enterprises at various stages in the life cycle from
conceptual phase to implementation or support to well-established (matured) entities to grow
to the next level. The BDS is delivered through application of a diagnostic tool known as
Business Growth Model (BGM) developed over the years that integrates popular theories and
frameworks such as Porter’s Five Forces, Business Model Canvas, Black Box Thinking
methodology and Pit Stop high-performance practice.
